Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is via the USPS and orders are sent out within 1-3 business days and tracking information is sent via email. In addition to the United States and its territories, we also ship to Canada and the UK. As we continue to expand, we are currently exploring additional countries. Tag us @apostleman.co or email us at hi@apostleman.co to help us prioritize!

Please note that shipping to Canada and the UK is for delivery duty paid. Standard Shipping internationally is approximately 10-18 business days while Express is approximately 6-8 business days. No additional duties or taxes will be charged other than those incurred at checkout.

RETURNS

We offer a refund (minus the cost of shipping), exchange, or replacement on all products returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods. To start a return, please reach out to us at hi@apostleman.co.

Refunds take 1-3 business days to process upon receipt. The refund should appear on your bank or credit card statement used with purchasing within 5-10 days, depending on your bank or institution. 

If dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt and we'll help you find a solution!
